Instructions for students and parents.
after registering in the electronic journal eKool.

To access your own data or your child’s data, registration takes place in two steps.

Step 1: Register on eKool.

  1. Go to the website.
    Go to. eKoolAt the top of the window, on the right, select the Russian language and click the green button. Register.Please provide the Russian text you would like me to translate. I need the text to be able to produce an English translation.
  2. Identification of a person.
    In the “Identity Verification” window, you can choose one of three options (Mobiil-ID, ID card, online banking), or you can select a line. “Email and password”Please provide the Russian text you would like me to translate. I need the text to be able to produce an English translation.
  3. Personal data.
    In the “Personal Information” window, enter your First Name, Last Name (in Estonian), personal identification code, and country. Important: In the fields labeled “First Name” and “Last Name,” all letters must be capitalized.
  4. Account details.
    In the “Account Information” window, enter your email address and password, and then click. Create an account.Please provide the Russian text you would like me to translate. I need the text to be able to produce an English translation.
  5. Activation.
    To activate your account, you need to log in to your email within 24 hours and click on the long blue link in the email you received from e-kool. Your account will then be activated.

Step 2: Submit the application to Tallinna Haabersti Gymnasium.

  1. Input and settings.
    Log in to eKool (username is your email address, password must be at least 8 characters long and contain both numbers and letters).
  2. Contact information and application submission.
    Click the link. "Show settings"select on the left. "Contact information"Add your phone number and address (street, city – in Estonian, with a capital letter). You can also adjust other account settings (change the language, etc.). Click the blue button in the upper right corner. I request access to the student’s data.A map will open. In the search box to the left of the map, enter the name of the school. Tallinn Haabersti Gymnasium.Please provide the Russian text you would like me to translate.   3. Filling out the form.
    In the form that opens, fill in the required information (all names and titles should be in Estonian and written in capital letters). Check the box. “Submit an application to the school.”Please provide the Russian text you would like me to translate. I need the text to be able to produce an English translation.
  4. Waiting.
    Within a few days, you will be granted access to your (or your child’s) information in e-kool.
