Data protection terms

Tallinna Haabersti Gymnasium is guided by current legal regulations governing the processing of personal data and the Tallinn city data protection terms.

We process the personal data of students, parents, and school employees (for example: first and last name, personal identification code, date of birth, residential address, contact details, etc.) as follows:

• when performing a public task
• when fulfilling a legal obligation
• when fulfilling a contract (e.g., employment contracts)
• based on consent

Tallinna Haabersti Gymnasium does not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law or if it is necessary to provide educational support services (catering, e-student ticket, e-gradebook).
